The systems have different characteristics in the sensitive of information, criticality to operations of NUS, risk exposure, potential damage to NUS in the event of security breach, etc. The Policy defines security measures so that NUS information assets are adequately protected and consistency in the implementation and practice of security throughout NUS can be achieved.
All staff and students of NUS and all other external parties that have dealings with NUS information system resources have to comply with this policy.
