Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine

Special Clinical Electives Programme

Partner Universities

NUS Medicine has Bilateral Exchange Agreements (BEA) with several medical schools internationally to send students to each other's schools to undertake a clinical elective. Students from affiliated universities shall enjoy waiver of application and electives fees (depending on terms and conditions between the universities).

If you have been nominated/selected by your university to take part in this exchange, your Electives Coordinator will need to notify us.

We advise you to apply and prepare all required documents in advance. This will simplify your application process and shorten the time taken to secure a posting for you.

If your university is not among the list of affiliated universities and you would like to be part of the exchange programme, please kindly request your electives coordinator to send us an email request.

Medical students whose universities are not under the list of affiliated universities are welcome to apply.
