This course is a component of the NUS Emerging Leaders ProgramIn this module, participants will:- Develop an understanding and awareness of executive intelligence and its role in self-leadership and relationship management- Provide an understanding of the role of social intelligence and emotions in managing others.- Emotional audit: Understand how to manage and read one’s and others’ emotions in work settings.
