Job Description:

In your role as a Head, you will:
- Work with Business Vertical Head to set driver acquisition and retention targets
- Plan and execute operations plan within assigned budget
- Plan and execute driver acquisition and retention initiatives
- Responsible for maintaining driver service quality and enforcing driver code of conduct
- Build and maintain relationships with various partners in the transportations ecosystem (ie. fleet owners, associations, third party vendors)
- Identify and optimise driver segments for allocation
- Optimise driver performance
- Plan and execute driver loyalty initiatives
- Build, lead and coach sales, loyalty and retention and sales administration teams
- Build a culture that strongly aligns with Grab’s Vision, Mission and Principles
- Be a servant leader
- Lead by example

As the ideal candidate, you have:
- Minimum 6 years of work experience with 3 years in a managerial capacity
- Prior experience in Operations, Area Manager, Retail, and Event Management roles preferred
- Experience in working in a start-up / fast-paced environment
- Prepared to be hands-on when the situation calls for it
- Adaptable
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment
- Strong motivator and collaborator
- Strong planning, execution and coordination skills
- Excellent leadership, management, problem solving, negotiations, interpersonal and communications skills
