The Auditor-General's Office (AGO) of Singapore is the independent external auditor of the Government. Our mission is to audit and report to the President and Parliament on the proper accounting and use of public resources to enhance public accountability.
As Assistant Director or Senior Assistant Director, you will lead and supervise assigned audits of government ministries, statutory boards and other public entities to achieve AGO’s mission of enhancing public accountability in the proper accounting, management and use of public funds and resources. The various audits include financial statements audits, financial regularity audits, as well as audits for excess, extravagance and gross inefficiency leading to waste. You will also prepare reports on audit observations, some of which may be highlighted in the annual report of the Auditor-General submitted to the President and tabled in Parliament.
