Proposal must be submitted in British English. |

Proposal has to be related to Medical and Health Professions Education. |
| 3. |
Each participant is only allowed to submit not more than TWO proposals, in any combination for all the categories (Workshop / Symposium / Panel Discussion). |

It is the responsibility of the workshop / symposium / panel discussion co-ordinator to ensure that complete information from all facilitators / presenters are submitted for consideration. Proposal(s) that does(do) not adhere to the guidelines and incomplete will not be considered. |
| 5. |
Please note that accepted proposal(s) will be scheduled based on the Committee’s decision. |

| Pre-Conference Workshops: 21 & 22 Jan 2026; Post-Conference Workshops: 25 Jan 2026 |

If your proposal(s) is accepted, all speakers, facilitators, panelists and moderators are required to pay the registration fees for the Main Conference via credit card (fees will be announced at a later date) for inclusion in the conference programme.
Additional fees will apply for registration in other workshop(s).
