Objectives
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
1. Describe the structure and function of MOH, the Regional Health Systems (RHS) and a typical restructured hospital;
2. Understand the implications of Singapore’s main healthcare legislation on policy, programmes and practice;
3. Understand the process by which healthcare policy is made in Singapore;
4. Evaluate the key contemporary issues and challenges that Singapore healthcare faces;
5. Understand the healthcare financing system in Singapore.
Who Should Attend
Middle and senior management in healthcare-related industries including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare provision, allied health, support services and healthcare logistics, who are keen to learn more about the Singapore Healthcare System.
