Objectives
Participants will learn how to:1. Address Training Gaps: Recognize and fill the current lack of structured training focused on the design, implementation, and evaluation of mental health programs.2. Enhance Job Competency and Relevance: Develop and deliver effective and scalable mental health programs, equipping themselves with essential tools and skills to meet the growing demand for mental health support in their daily work.

All healthcare workers working in fields related to mental health. All Health Services Researchers working in the area of mental health research.
Entry Requirements
Anyone with a strong command of both spoken and written English.
