Objectives

Participants will learn how to:1. Address Training Gaps: Recognize and fill the current lack of structured training focused on the design, implementation, and evaluation of mental health programs.2. Enhance Job Competency and Relevance: Develop and deliver effective and scalable mental health programs, equipping themselves with essential tools and skills to meet the growing demand for mental health support in their daily work.
