Objectives

On successful completion of this module, students will be able to:1. Identify the poor ergonomic work factors in existing workplace;2. Understand the health effects caused by poor ergonomic factors;3. Use occupational ergonomics principles for job improvements in existing workplace;4. Provide ergonomic design inputs for new workplaces/ jobs;Provide ergonomic improvement inputs for existing workplaces/ jobs;5. Provide ergonomic inputs on workforce with physical/mental disability: Aging workforce problems;6. Manage ergonomics work stress in the workplace.
