Objectives
Learners will: 1) Know what are the characteristics of an ideal biomarker 2) Know what the various classifications of biomarkers 3) Understand the workflow from biomarker discovery to development 4) Discuss challenges in biomarker development 5) Discuss at least ONE clinical application of omics-based biomarkers including its advantages and limitations

Entry Requirements
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree and may be required to show relevant work experience. Applicants with other qualifications and experience may be considered on a case by case basis, subject to approval by the school.Prerequisite: "Human Genomics in Precision Medicine" EC or other similar courses in Human Genetics / Genomics.

Tuesday (9AM - 12PM and 2PM - 5PM)
