Objectives

This course strives to enhance participants’ ability to integrate knowledge acquired from multiples modules. Participants will embark on a real-work project within their own organization, to conduct a training needs analysis, design a curriculum, lesson plan and assessment documents Upon completion of the course, the learners will be able to: 1. Integrate multiple learning models for workplace development 2. Design a customized professional development plan 3 Evaluate the impact of integrative learning approaches.

Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field OR equivalent.
