Objectives

This module strives to enhance participants’ ability to integrate knowledge acquired from multiples modules. Participants will embark on a real-work project within their own organization, to conduct a training needs analysis, design a curriculum, lesson plan and assessment documents. Students are expected to display competency in the following after course completion: 1. Conduct learning needs analysis; 2. Develop a curriculum design document; 3. Develop assessment plan document; and 4. Develop a lesson plan document.

Entry Requirements

Successful completion of both modules in the Graduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning for Healthcare Professionals: - Learning Needs Analysis - Curriculum Design - Assessment and Evaluation

Class Schedule

Classes would typically be on 3 alternate Saturdays in a mini semester.

Learners must pass all assessment components to be eligible for SSG funding. Please note that all external funding for courses is limited in duration and subject to availability.

Please note that the mode of delivery is subject to change in light of the COVID-19 situation. Courses marked ‘online’ may have compulsory face-to-face sessions such as laboratory or hands-on components and details should be sought from the schools or departments before learners register for them.
