Objectives
Students are expected to display competency in the following after course completion:
1. Implement the curriculum
2. Develop and effective lesson plan
3. Develop effective learning outcomes
4. Discuss the concept of curriculum design
5. Justify the teach-learning methods utilized in the curriculum
6. Apply professional and regulatory standards in designing a curriculum
7. Apply the principles of effective content design to develop the contents of the curriculum
Who Should Attend
Healthcare professionals involved in the training and learning development
Entry Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in a related discipline
At least one year work expereince in a related discipline
Applicants without a Bachelors’ degree but with relevant work experience are also eligible
Class Schedule
Over 3 Saturdays (9am to 5pm)
On semester week 7, 8 and 10
Lesson Delivery
Classroom facilitated Training 20 hours
