Objectives
This module aims to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to plan and design a curriculum that fulfil desired outcomes to build workforce capability. Students are expected to display competency in the following after course completion:1. Discuss the concept of curriculum design; 2. Develop effective learning outcomes;3. Apply the principles of effective content design to develop the contents of the curriculum;4. Justify the teach-learning methods utilized in the curriculum; 5. Apply professional and regulatory standards in6. designing a curriculum; 7. Implement the curriculum; and8. Develop and effective lesson plan.

Healthcare professionals involved in the training and learning development
Entry Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in a related discipline;At least one year work expereince in a related disciplineApplicants without a Bachelors’ degree but with relevant work experience are also eligible.
Class Schedule
Over 3 alternate Saturdays (9am to 5pm).
On semester week 8, 10 and 12
Lesson Delivery
a) Facilitated Learning: 26 hours
b) E-Learning: 2 hours
c) Assessment: 1 hours
