Objectives
This module aims to identify the learning needs of healthcare professionals using the learning needs analysis framework.Students are expected to display competency in the following after course completion:1. Discuss the process of learning needs analysis; 2. Conduct learning needs analysis using the learning needs analysis framework;3. Evaluate the results of the learning needs analysis; 4. Develop recommendations for short-and long-term training plans and budget; and5. Discuss barriers to learning of learners.

Healthcare professionals involved in the training and learning development
Entry Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in a related discipline;At least one year work expereince in a related disciplineApplicants without a Bachelors’ degree but with relevant work experience are also eligible.
Class Schedule
Over 3 alternate Saturdays (9am to 5pm).
On semester week 1, 3 and 5.
Lesson Delivery
a) Facilitated Learning: 26 hours
b) E-Learning: 2 hours
c) Assessment: 1 hours
