Objectives

The course aims to equip learners with building information modelling principles with a view to them applying the lessons learned to produce quick estimation and interactive scheduling . This module will focus on the BIM process, the 3D graphical model can be intelligently linked with schedule – a 4D BIM or linked with cost information – a 5D BIM; for controlling cost and time of the projects. This course can be bundled with the following courses to earn a Professional Certificate in Infrastructure and Construction Project Management :- * Construction Law * Dispute Management * Infrastructure Finance * International Construction Management : Strategies to Improve Project Performance * Lean Project Management * Workplace Safety and Health : Systems, Culture and Technology Management

All stakeholders in the built environment including: Developers, Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Contract Managers, Facilities Managers, etc

(1) A basic degree; (2) At least 2 years working experience
