Objectives

The course aims to equip learners with international construction management principles with a view to them applying the lessons learned to improve outcomes of projects outside Singapore. The objectives are to: (a) Understand the different modes to enter into an international construction market, (b) Learn different business strategies to be adopted in managing projects overseas, and (c) Appreciate ways to improve competitiveness in international projects. This course can be bundled with the following courses to earn a Professional Certificate in Infrastructure and Construction Project Management :- * Construction Law * Digtal Transformation with BIM Estimation * Dispute Management * Infrastructure Finance * Lean Project Management * Workplace Safety and Health : Systems, Culture and Technology Management



Who Should Attend

All stakeholders in the built environment including: Developers, Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Contract Managers, Facilities Managers, etc

(1) A basic degree; (2) At least 2 years working experience
