Objectives

The course aims to equip learners with lean project management principles with a view to them applying the lessons learned to eliminate wastes and to raise quality and productivity levels in their organizations and projects. The objectives are: (a) Understand Lean Project Management principles, (b) Apply Lean Project Management principles to eliminate wastes, and (c) Transform the construction industry through higher quality and productive processes. This course can be bundled with the following courses to earn a Professional Certificate in Infrastructure and Construction Project Management :- * Construction Law * Digtal Transformation with BIM Estimation * Dispute Management * Infrastructure Finance * International Construction Management: Strategies to Improve Project Performance * Workplace Safety and Health : Systems, Culture and Technology Management

All stakeholders in the built environment including: Developers, Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Contract Managers, Facilities Managers, etc

(1) A basic degree; (2) At least 2 years working experience

1) Facilitated Learning - 6 hours; 2) Assessment - 1 hour.
