Objectives
At the end of the course, learners will be able to: ● Articulate what Agile is, why it is important and how it is different from the traditional way of working.● Differentiate the fixed mindset, growth mindset and agile mindset.● Link the values and principles of the Agile model into work environment.● Integrate good Agile practices (at both individual and team level) into daily work.● Attain an in-depth understanding of Agile events such as the Sprint, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Team Review and Retrospective.
